• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
• Personalized and custom-made pieces cannot be exchanged unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges due to a change of mind.
